Possible Salter Harris Fracture

2 weeks in a cast. Bummer.

Dom's being very stoic about it all, which is a mighty blessing :-)

He really is a very brave little boy! And looking very dashing as he poses for the camera. At least it is 'only' two weeks :-)

Not sure, really. He was bouncy and happy on Friday, didn't want to get out of bed on Saturday morning. Saw a doctor on Sun, had x-ray on Mon. By the time he had the x-ray he was walking a little. Doc who saw him after x-ray said there was no break but we should keep an eye on him. Got a phone call Mon night to say that the radiologist had spotted a possible fracture and we needed to bring Dom back in on Tues. He was bouncing and running by Tuesday afternoon but the doc recommended a cast to aid recovery.

I took a look at the radiologist's notes, they said there was a *possible* fracture which should be assessed by the doc (I forget the adverb - consultationally?). Doc struggled to see anything but was worried that Dom was still limping 4 days on. Hence cast.
