I know how you would play that. I had a Marvel Superhero card game equivalent, as well as one with horror monsters very similar to these.
Essentially, each player has a stack of the monster cards and looks at the top card. The "lead" player calls the category - Physical Power, Talent or Fear Factor. If your card has a higher value you put your card and your opponents at the bottom of your deck. Repeat. You win if you end up with all the cards.
Its even built the same way those games were with one uber card (the Dragon) with one weak stat that the second uber card is tops in (the Genie).
