I also have found that playing with sprog whilst lying down is a great way to conserve energy :)
My boys like it when I cackle like a witch and pretend I'm going to eat them, then let them wrestle me to the ground... then James will suddenly get worried and need me to reassure him that I'm really his Mummy. Tomtom is still oblivious to the bodysnatching implications!
