Oh no! It just occurred to me that you might expect your son to follow in the long haired tradition set by his father? Just remember, you didn't grow yours long until teenagerhood set in. Gorgeous photos lately, on yours and Debbie's blogs - the boy is getting to be very photogenic :)
If Dominic *asks* us to let his hair grow long I'll be happy to let him. Until then the convenience of short hair and not having to say "Actually, he's a boy" every time someone meets him mean we'll be getting his hair cut regularly :-)
Rat tails and mullets are perfectly acceptable long hair cuts that will identify Dom as a boy ;)
