Terrifying racism

I was thoroughly shocked when a google search for 'porangi maori dictionary' (trying to find the definition of a word in Potiki by Patricia Grace) turned up a tirade of racist abuse on urbandictionary.com. Seriously - definitions of the word Maori contain some horrendous abuse. Of scary note is my suspicion that a kid I taught last year wrote one of the definitions. I am going to try to launch a Sherlock Holmes investigation to see if he did. *shocked*
