Debbie and I have been listening to Charlie Brooker's excellent radio series
So Wrong It's Right. It's available on the BBC iPlayer for a week after each episode airs. It's a very funny panel show with Brooker as the host and a range of highly entertaining guests.
We've also listened to one episode of
The Museum of Curiosities (with Terry Pratchett and Shappi Khorsandi), and a lot of historical lectures by Mark Steele (with lots of jokes in them).
I'm about 2 hours into Sarah Silverman's autobiography. It's also very cool. The line that had me chortling to myself as I walked through the staff room this morning was something like:
The day he moved in he looked at me and said "I JUST GOT OUT OF PRISON!" with the joy one would say "I'M GOING TO DISNEY WORLD" and with the crazy eyes with which someone might say "I JUST STABBED A HOOKER IN THE FACE!"
Listening to stuff is fun!
