Photos of books for Steve
The 129 page 6 inch by 9 inch paperback cost US$7 per copy (though discounts kick in at 2 copies, 5 copies, 10, 100 etc). It's printed on cream paper. Postage was about US$9.50 for the two copies.

I've made stuff available for free download on lulu, and you can check how many times things have been sold (for free - ie someone has put it in their cart and can easily find it again in their purchase history) or downloaded (grabbed from the page).

I'll check it out for myself, but do you know (off-hand) whether they have an option for a non-glossy cover? I'm thinking something like an old Penguin book, or a 1970s sci-fi novel.
I think they do, though I'm not 100% sure. Very quick and easy to set books up, too :-)
